One Line Purchases Returns

Please satisfy yourself that you understand what you are purchasing before going ahead

The majority of our products are old, reclaimed and may have imperfections, historical damage and repairs, wear and tear plus general aging.

Where possible we would recommend that you purchase via our click and collect process, giving yourself and opportunity to inspect prior to dispatch.

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This excludes items that have been specifically made, modified or tailored directly for you.

If you wish to make a return then you must contact us in writing and state why you wish to make the return. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

We will discuss the return and give you a returns approval code prior to returning. You must have a returns authorising prior to making any return.

All packing, transportation and shipping will be the customers responsibility and cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. You must first get an authorization code before you make a return.
